Teenage ADHD

my ,son 11 years old ,was diagnosed as ADHD when he was 5 years old.  he underwent Occupational therapy when he was 6 years old until 9 years old.  as gets older he is becoming more defiant.  he makes noises which sometimes annoys us.  he sometimes cries without any reason.  he laughs also most of the time without any reason.  he is talking to himself too.  he remembers a lot of things (from the movies and talks that he heard) wayback 5 years.  he so hard headed.  he responds when we alarm him when doing annoying things but he keeps on doing it again and again.

he also masturbates when he lies down the bed or on the couch and doesn't stop from doing it when we are telling him to stop. but later he stops when he's done..... what should i do.  how should i tell him?  how can i manage him?  he is getting worst now than before.

Five years  old is too young too be diagnosed with ADD, and he may never have had it. Certainly the behavior demonstrates something quite different. Get him to a competent doctor, preferably not the one treating him for ADD.

It seems this is a bit past ADHD. Most of those symptoms are not includes with ADHD. I suggest seeing your doctor and monoting and recording everthing he does and for how long. This could be a neurological disorder. I mean besides ADHD
