If the drugs don't  work  have you ever thou it was because he doesn't have ADHD. These drugs are like speed and street drugs and way to may children are given these drugs because they have a hard time learning or are hipper.what happen to kids being able to be kids these day's with out drug-en them.

Dose your family know what these drugs do to people and the side affects of these drugs.

was your  brother ever checked for other things .Or did they just say he had ADHD.

Your family really should take a look at this  site     -    http://www.focusas.com/AttentionalDisorders-Links.html

try given your brother Vitamin B6 50mg and Omega 3-6-9  every day.It has helped my son.

my son was on adderall and then Concerta  and then started to have seizures.

He needs to go back to a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist and have his meds changed...or possibly he needs some therapy. Do get help as soon as possible though, because if you leave him this way too long it will just get worse.
