Adderall

Hello I have never been treated for anxiety but I take adderall
and I work so much better and I accomplish so much more.
Is it wrong to take it even though I work so much better?

Really depends why you are taking it.  If you have ADHD/ADD and nothing else has helped you to achieve the same results - and it is necessary for your job/ lifestyle.  Then, in my opinion it is ok.
If you don't have ADHD/ADD and are using it like speed.  Then you are dealing with an extremely dangerous, addictive drug.
