Digital Tremor

I am 18 year old male.I recently got Army selection and during their medical test they told that I have Digital Tremor.What exactly is this? Only my ring finger in the left hand shakes when strecthing the fingers for more than 20 seconds.Is it actually tremor? Will I get rejected in the Appeal medical boards? Please help me.
