flu shot allergies

my 7 year old son is allergic to fish. He has a severe allergic reaction to fish. will the flu shot make him sick.

I am not allowed to get the flu shot - allergy to eggs. Ask his pediatrician to be sure, but fish products aren't used in the flu vaccine.
