1. if my body has only shown one symptom which is abdominal bloating does it mean it still can be lactose intolerance?
2. If i'm lactose intolerance, does my body will still be able to absorb calcium for healthy bones?
Hi, as I understand there are many ways to get your calcium through food .. cheese is an example. Many who are lactose intolerant can still eat cheese, or other products like calcium enriched rice milk, etc.
