Cant get a deep breath, food allergies ??

Anyone know if certain allergies give you trouble taking that deep breath ??

Any and all input would be greatly appreciated

I had that problem as well, doctors thought it was anxiety when it turned out I was really allergic to gluten. Haven't had an anxiety attack since getting off the stuff. I hope this helps!

Actually, I'm not a Dr., but I would think that RAD (reactive airway disease) is what may be happening causing that sensation and/or swelling of the trachea/larynx area ???

I'd ask your doctor and maybe ask about those two things above.
