The blood thinners are good, but she needs physical therapy to help regain use of her left side.

I hope your mother gets better. I agree with allmymarbles on the physical therapy. Since she is moving her leg and fingers some unconsciously she may be able to regain control of them in time. I would guess that is a good indication. I  have read that restraining the good arm can help a person regain use on the injured side since it forces them to try to use the bad side. Do some online searching to learn more. She should be practicing attempting to reach out with her left arm and also to move her leg even if she gets no results right away. Also someone should be giving her range of motion exercises at least daily so she keeps mobility in her joints. I hope she has plenty of help. My prayers and best wishes to your mom, your family and you.

Also, it's important that she sits up  some each day and changes positions as much as possible to help prevent bedsores and lung problems.

I hope you and your family are and remain safe from the flooding.

Thanks you so much. You have given me so much valuable information. Yeah she moves unconsciously, I have myself see her leg moving and finger, but when I asked her to do. She doesn’t able to do. We are helping her in exercise. I will see these videos soon. I wish InshAllah she will walk on her own foot.

Yeah almost 65 to 70 percent of my countries are affected from flood. I wish it would not do more damage. Thanks for your good wish. Allah bless you ameen .
