I wonder whether you have interest in chinese meridians and acupuncture and acupressure treatment. I do meditation on chinese meridians. I had learned this meditaion in seventies. Then I left it. Now again I started it by recalling the method i stidied long back. I lost the book on chinese meridains. I do not remember the author's name. If you know about it you may post the method or the name of the book. I have searched many website. I want to confirm whatever I am doing is correct or not.The process is quite complicated. So help me if you can.
