Freaked Out I Might Have ALS (PLEASE HELP ME)

So two or three months ago I noticed I was having weird twitches in my fingers when I would stress them and only when I'd stretch them as well. When I would sit down and rest them I wouldn't experience anything. Also, sometimes when I lay down I notice my leg or arm will have a little twitch. I ended up going to the doctor two months ago and she diagnosed me Severe Anxiety and a Vitamin D Deficiency. I've been taking Vitamin D (not so much like an idiot) I'm also on this medication called Buspirone. Two months pass and I'm still the same and in my head i feel worse. I feel pain in my wrists and hands at night. Sometimes my legs. My neck hurts and I'm not very good at falling asleep so It messes with my body as well. I ended up looking up Symptoms for ALS and I'm convinced I might have it and I'm freaking myself out to death and I'm so nervous and scared. I'm 21 and my hands and legs feel weak as well. I plan on going to the doctor but I need some help or someone with some knowledge. I also notice when I lift my thumb up and lift it down slowly it tremors. I don't expect a diagnosis but I am hoping for some help. Thank you for taking the time out to read this.
