It is called a "Hemorrhoid". I know because I have one. Mine, appear only if my anus had taken such beatings and are usually gone after 2 days. My Dr. said it wasn't serious. You should be worried and seek medical help if it bothers you 24/7. If you're fond of dildo's or really big schlongs and taking it up there rather regularly, that would eventually cause damage, either permanent or temporary in your rectal cavity. They are mostly caused by too much pressure and too much friction from a hung **** sliding in and out of your *** rather vigorously. You could bleed as well, so please, be careful out there! Just google hemorrhoids for more info.
You need to go to the doctor it could be alot of things. We cant ***** you! Tell your doctor everything he doesnt care he sees stuff like that all the time. You need to have it looked at. Ask for an anal pap smear. He may have to send you to a colon/rectal doctor.

Hi,
I am happy to share my story. Will give you the chronology. If you need more details feel free to contact.
For several years I had what doctor said was irritable bowel syndrome. I would have bouts of diarrhea, which were finally controlled with Lomotil before social occasions.
Daily ...I experienced gas which was either actual feces or mucus. Had to wear pads and keep a change of pants in desk drawer @ work.
2006, a year after I retired had colonoscopy. Doc said I was fine.; suffering from week anal muscle due to difficult birth. I was so depressed because I still had the symptoms which gradually included significant blood.
Summer 2007: saw personal physicial, who referred me to oncology surgeon. He diagnosed me with anal cancer in the office, and within 2 weeks I was @ MDAnderson. Told I was stage IIIb...60% chance of survival. Cause: HPV.
The next six weeks consisted of 5 days of radiation to pelvis, and 2 types of chemo delivered @ home. Constant diarrhea thru' this time. Meds controlled pain and nausea.
September 2007: On routine follow up, radiation specialist put me in hospital as I was suffering both difficulty urinating and diarrhea, and was fatigued.
During that week, it was clear that I had Kidney failure and C dif. Isolated, and treated for both.
From Sept. 2007 - 2009, I have gone thru the challenge of recovering from damage of radiation, and chemo. Diarrhea was still concern: pain and irritation to pelvis area.
Just dealt with all this ...becoming a hermit in process.
Mid 2009, I had 3 CTscans: chest stomach and pelvis. No cancer. Colonoscopy 6 months ago was incomplete as I now have a brittle colon. Last exam..looked good, but am warned that lymph glands might be next???!
The outcome: I'm alive with a seriously damaged pelvis....radiation scarring narrowed anal, vaginal, and urethea canals. Difficulty in all three area: Incontinence. Constipation. Vagina so narrow, can never have sex again.
Hope kidneys aren't damaged. I will see urologist this week.
Prayers are most welcome. I could never have gotten thru this ordeal without the support of my sister and her husband and the collective prayers of three churches in Orlando!!!
hi there airannie!
i just read your comment and you said you are an anal cancer survivor for two years now. if you dont mind can you share me your story on the signs and symtoms you have had before you got to know its anal cancer???... coz this things bothers me a little.
thank you and i will pray for you.
Ouch! Well, patients undergoing that procedure must be well numbed.
I am a 2 yr survivor of anal cancer, so am familiar with a few colorectal concerns ..but am a patient, not a specialist.
Unfortunately, I share your problem ..but for a different reason. Radiation scarring.
Saw my oncologist, who is a surgeon, last week, and when I mentioned a new concern...serious constipation no matter how I many fibrous foods and stool softeners, fiber tabs I ingest...was not given any information on the procedure you describe.
I have similar issues ....just different cause. Maybe the reason my doc has not mentioned procedure is that I might not live to make it cost effective. Actually, tho' a scary video was last thing you needed....it is good to know options.
Have you had a colonoscopy? In my case, doctor insisted on one 6 months ago.
Then discovered he couldn't do a complete exam as radiation caused what he calls "brittle colon".
I only mention a colonoscopy (which I'm so over in terms of it being a poor tool to find anal cancer), because origin of problems may be found further up in colon.
You definitely need to hear more about procedure...not sure anyone here would be able to help....but could you get another opinion from another doc? Or look name of procedure up on wiki? The second suggestion probably is not a good idea. Overload.
Best....hope you soon get relief.
thank didees4, you were very kind to help. i have been to three specialists since then. the anoscopy showed nothing significant except for a small pile inside which the doctor were very normal and not serious. in layman terms, it is the thickening of lining at the lower rectum area due to years of pressure being exerted as a consequence of hard stool, thus narrowing the rectum width leading to it rubbing against each other frequently giving a 'pass motion' feeling.
the last specialist who was credited with 30 yrs experience with piles and all sorts of anus problems, said that a simple operation can correct that. it involves some kind of newly invented drill-ilke instrument which grinds away all that thickened tissues in the lower rectum area. when i saw a video she presented i nearly fainted ... but she assured me that there is little or no pain and patients can walk home after a few hours and have normal stools ... my heart is in shock after watching that video footage. gosh! has anyone got through that operation, PLEASE SHARE!!!!
Hi there i am not a doctor, to cut to the chase do to the history of issues you have, you sound to me as if you do suffer anal fissures, and also hemorroids, if you do have them, the wiggling feeling is most likely itching sensations, and the feeling of wanted to pass your bowels sound more than likely like hemrroids you are experiencing, when you girlfriend withdrew her finger may have aggravatated the anal area that might of caused your internal blood vessels, that supply blood to the anal area , so technically called your butthole is outside which it should be up inside, which can become swollen, and sometimes bleed if you are constipated is usually what causes that pain in the butt problem.Oh yes that is the worst thing you could of used is Dettol, especially if you had a small tear fissue that is like putting salt on an open wound och!!!
Here is a couple of things you can do, go to the drug store and buy some Anusol Plus, read the instruction, there is an applicator in the box to help apply the cream up into the inside of your anal area, make sure the tip is well applicated and very gently apply the cream up into your anal area, before you do this a nice warm bath helps soothe first , than follow the instruction on the Anusol Plus instrucions.
As far as I know you cannot contract any type of sexually transmitted disease, by way of using ones finger, but hands should be washed , even better a latex gloves that is as long as you know you are not allergic to latex, and if you decide to engaged in this activity again, ky jelly is preferable as a safe lubricate, oh yes resisting meaning trying to tighten your anal area can be uncomfortable, as you need to be really relaxed and does not need (a finger)to go that far into the anal area, the idea of this activiity is that it is supposely be quite stimulated for a mam to have his prostrate gland stimulated, from inside the anal area, which can be a pleasant experience if you know what to do.In the meantime I would not recommend it until your issures of tears or hemorroids are quite healed properly.
Not sure what the white spot might be, if you tend to shave this area it could be an ingrown hair, or a boil perhaps, usually either woud be like have a pimple with pus in it, which is you sterlize a needle , wash your anal area gently and your hands and ever so gently pierce the the white area and check to see if you release any pus perhaps from it, that would be also a be an aggrevation to deal with, if that is what appears you have make sure you keep all well cleaned afterwards. All and all to me you just tend to suffer hemorroids, and when they are swollen yes your stool can be thin, as for a anal doctor, a normal family doctor can fix you up also, if you tend to have this contious problem you really need to be eating a proper diet and liquids to keep your stool soft so you do not iriitate your poor butt as I said on occasion can be caused by contipation.
So anyone want to add to this, or feel my opinion, on this issue is way off the mark ? Bottom line is if calmlake if you are really worried go see your family doctor and get checked out...
