Is R-Tanna safe for dogs?

My Great Dane has congestion that causes her to snor and have bad breath. I take R-Tanna for allergies and was wondering if it would be ok to give it to her?

I have been unable to find any information about R-Tanna use in dogs. The ingredients have been used therapeutically in healthy dogs but that does not mean that the combination is safe.

Neither medication should be used if the patient has hypertension or heart disease.

It would be best to have your dog's congestion assessed by your vet.
