Please tell me what is wrong with our cat

This is a picture of MAX  now :(  I don't know what has happened to him but this is been going on for about a month now.  On his nose sometimes it bleeds from different spots drops of blood.  Please if anyone knows what is wrong with him please let me know he spends a lot of time outdoors but he comes in the house alot too. <img

This is Dr. Cheng writing.  Don't you think it's time to take your cat to the veterinarian?  I have viewed both photos.  That is quite a change.  Your cat really needs an exam, a skin scraping, and a biopsy of a piece of the affected tissue.  A correct diagnosis is necessary to treat this problem, but possible causes are autoimmune diseases such as Pemphigus Folliacious (and others), sunburn, squamous cell carcinoma, atopy, or other allergy including food, burns, insect bites, toxins including medications such as tapazole and many others.  If she is not eating, lethargic and not quite herself than she needs to be evaluated immediately.  The treatment could be simple or extensive depending on the diagnosis.  Please don't waste time with this.  Thanks,  and let me know the outcome.
