Pain medication that are commonly used in humans and dogs are not well tolerated in cats.  Currently, there are no approved oral non steroidal anti-inflammatories approved for use in cats in the USA.  When the pain is originating from the mouth, gingivitis and oral disease is most likely the primary issue that requires a veterinarians help.  Please consider taking your cat for evaluation and treatment.
