I doubt that it means you are hungry. I’m sure it does not mean you are bad. I do know it takes time for the body to adjust eating food again. Be patient. Stay with the facts; try not to past judgment. The facts are you get a “bad sickey feeling” and “acidey feeling”. You body does not feel good. If these physical symptoms continue, please see your medical doctor.
it's probably bc u have gotten really used to not eating much. When you don't eat much, your stomach gets smaller, so it can hold less. Make sure you you eat more than you used to, but don't eat a lot at once, or you will get really sick. Maybe check with your doctor for a new meal plan?
