does my sister have aspergers?

My sister is almost 30 years old married with 2 kids, im 2 years younger then her. As kids ive.always known shes different people in school couldnt believe she was my sister. she was pretty much a nerd but shes really smart. Book smart not common sence smart. My mom tells me she would rub her hands on ppls faces when she was younger. My sister is just so werid she doesnt fit in. its almost hard to explain. She works etc. but my question is could she have this? Or is she just odd. My grandma says there us two meaning my younger sister and I and theres her where did she.come from? I know that sounds mean but its true. Please help. And how do I get her help if she has this?
