Could this be Pdd nos or Asperger's ?

Hi. My 3 yr old was recently diagnosed with deletion syndrome 16p11.2. .
She has never slept well. She had little eye contact.I have to ask her to look at me..
Asks questions or makes comments and will repeat 6,7,or 8 times even after you answered.
She does not seem to get the process of things. Asks for food, watches me prepare and continues to ask for it doesn't understand 's coming to her.
Her mouth is in an open posture and still drools, very messy eater, and clumsy walk..
Scared of pine cones, barking dogs, flies, birds, anything brown.
Cries when she looks at some people and I dont know who or why. She will cover her eyes, climb up my body and say " I don't like it".She will scream for her brother, ( she loves him),dad or other people to get out of her room or stop them from coming near her.She does not do this to me.
When people try to hug her she turns her back .
She always smiles too much like she does not know what to do with her face. She does not read facial expressions well. She will ask me if someone is mad, sad, happy etc. I work on making these faces to show her what they look like. When I ask her to smile, she does not know how to do it.
She loves books and tv. Has some imagination. Insists on books and the commentary never changes. .Nothing is varied.Pushes past people, walks over feet.Likes sticks, rocks, dry grass, hay. trains chucky cheese.
She seems to dwell on things and will talk about it nonstop.Took a trip to Chucky cheese and will not stop talking about it.
Tantrums. Make any changes to the schedule and we are in trouble.
She has a great memory for routes and has to go the same exact way every time. This makes going out in public very hard. I can't take her to the library, playground, restaurants, anywhere.
Picky eater but also does not know when full so we have to monitor what she eats and when. She will hear us walk towards the kitchen and she is right there.
Distracted by sights and sounds. Has to take in every object in the room.
