Nephew not crawling at 15 months

I am very concerned for my nephew, i dont think we are getting the right answers..i have a 15 month nephew, he is not crawling not walking not even eating table food . I am very concerned, i ask his mom she said the doctors says he fine, i just dont understand that, he doesnt even try to crawl, he hasnt grown in the past 4 months he still looks like he is 9 months, he wont eat food because of the texture, he is still on canned baby food, when i give him a apple or any kind of food a 15 month baby , i would think he would at least bring to his mouth he doesnt do that either, please help if anyone knows anything or if this is normal please let me know,

It does sound like your nephew is delayed. I would suggest to his mother that she get a second opinion, but I don't know if she will be easily convinced. Good Luck.
