Wouldn't know how to advise you except to read up on things. Dr. Bob Sears (son of Dr. Bill Sears who has a series of pediatric information books) has a book out called "The Vaccine Book". I haven't read it completely through, but it was worth a flip through at the book store (got a fair amount skimmed in about 30 minutes -- or you could always see if your library has a copy but since it is new it might not). It's a bit scary to read what is in vaccination to make them work. You have to have some sort of metal to have it stay in your system otherwise it won't do it's trick and immunize you. Mercury has been removed from almost all of them (I believe mercury is still in flu shots and maybe one of the other immunization ones). But aluminum is in a lot of them. I think I like this book because it doesn't say to give up vaccines altogether but tells you how to schedule the vaccines so they are spaced farther apart. He also will go over which ones have what contents and how to ask your pediatrician for ones that are aluminum free or other contents free.
