3 weeks and ongoing ordeal

Ive been overwhelmingly shaky and dizzy for the last 3 weeks... Accompanying that has been diarrhea, constipation, bloated stomach, sore joints, headache, fever, nausea, fogginess, fatigue, memory lapses... Could this be auto immune? I've struggled life long with fragile hair, teeth and nails, very painful menstrual cycles, heart murmur (and fluttering has increased lately..), joint pain/damage, and stomach pains...

Sorry about your suffering and struggles and feel free to ask me for details and recommendations  regarding any of the aforementioned issues, as they mainly fall under natural/holistic/alternative medicine. (my forte, lol!).

Hang in there.
There are some key things you can try on your own to help.

Take care.

...and or organs, at the end should be
in the previous paragraph ....."involve body systems and/or organs".
No idea how it... jumped to the end! Lol!

Hi bluebritt1026 and welcome to the forum

While A/I cannot be ruled out, it is not fair to the patient to point to A/I, when underlying factors and imbalances have not been thoroughly investigated.

Fragile hair, teeth, nails indicate serious mineral deficiencies.
Serum tests do not reveal accurately the status of your mineral levels.
One needs hair analysis for tissue levels, not only serum tests.

Painful Menstrual cycles indicate hormonal/adrenal issues.

Heart murmur/fluttering could be attributed to a magnesium deficiency (tissue Mg)

Joint pain & damage could be due to calcium leaching, underlying infectious condition.inflammation from a number of factors such as diet, lack of ample levels of anti-oxidants, stress, etc.
Also low adrenal/thyroid function.

Stomach pains. Candida, Leaky gut syndrome, Low gastric acid, ulcerations,
dyspesia.
Stomach pains could be also due food sensitivity, Gluten (grains) and dairy are the top 2 groups for intolerance

Your most recent symptoms, my suspicion, Leaky gut syndrome, low adrenal function and possibly low grade underlying infectious condition(s).

The above need to be checked thoroughly, best through a functional medicine doctor or Naturopath as  conventional  medical specialists are oblivious to most of these.

A/I conditions may develop, when any of the above imbalances involve body systems over time, but it is different for everyone, depending their own particular circumstances and their genotypes/phenotypes.

I hope this helps, but please note that this is not intended a replacement for medical advice.and /or organs.

Best wishes.
Niko
