Can someone help with these lab results?!

Hi there! So after years of constantly feeling ill and having multiple problems, my Dr. ordered an "ANA". It took over a month for the results. When I called the lab they had said some antigen they needed was being delivered and my blood was frozen. Can anyone tell me what these labs mean? They are so confusing.

Nuclear Ab SEE BELOW      Final  Landstuhl RMC
Interpretation: Negative: No significant levels of autoantibodies are present, see below. Borderline: Autoantibodies are present but not at a significant level, see below. Repeat testing in 2-3 weeks is recommended. Positive: Significant levels of autoantibodies are present, see below. If the quantitative levels below are negative, this is indicative of reaction to the bead with the extracted nuclear antigen of Hep2 Cells. Please resubmit another specimen for testing.
Comments: Manufacturer recalled current lot of ANA reagent. Quantitative autoantibody results to follow when reagent is received Hep2 Immunofluorescent slide result: No fluorescence seen. No fluorescence seen indicates a titer < 1:80 or the analyte does not produce a discernible fluorescent pattern. Titers: Titers start at 1:80 and continue to 1:1280. Pattern: Homogenous, speckled, centromere and nucleolar. Methodology: Hep2 Immunofluorescent slides

Hi Marylin.
It's confusing, but not to be too concerned.
I believe you were given a  report with details about their interpretations of their findings (not yours but general) followed by the current comments regarding the recall of an agent which is used for the ANA testing and finally the last part possibly indicating your Anti-Nuclear Antibody Screening results Using HEp-2 Cells, which seem to be  negative.
What was not clear to me is that in your last paragraph there was no period after "received".
"... results to follow when reagent is received Hep2 Immunofluorescent slide result: No fluorescence seen."
Please verify.
Niko

Thanks for responding TLS! Well, my provider contacted me and said, " The initial screen was positive (this can be false or true positive). The further testing required, however, has been delayed. Apparently the reagents (the chemicals required to complete the testing) had been recalled by the manufacturer, The tests will be completed when Landstuhl gts a new stock. I apologize regarding yet another delay.". So I guess I have to wait till the reagent arrives. I also forgot to include the results to my other labs. The ones out of range are as follows :

Urea Nitrogen 20.7 Higher Than Normal mg/dL  (6.0-20.0)

Alkaline Phosphatase 33 Lower Than Normal U/L  (38-126)

MCH 31.6 Higher Than Normal pg  (27-31)

Neutrophils 37.1 Lower Than Normal %  (42-75)

ABS Neutrophils 1.91 Lower Than Normal x10(3)/mcL  (2.0-6.5)

ABS Eosinophils 0.12  x10(3)/mcL  (0-0.6)

ABS Basophils 0.03  x10(3)/mcL  (0.0-0.1)

I have been having a lot of trouble with dry eyes, incredible thirst and now a nail fungus (they think, awaiting results). My nails are cracking vertically, peeling have bumps in the nail of both thumbs, the nails are lifting from the skin and they are yellowing. I haven't felt good in years, so I am just hoping to get some answers.

Thanks again!

Oh, and also, there is no period at the end of my final report also. I am looking on a database so maybe I am not able to view the whole report?
