Is there a particular glutathione precursor that you know of that you might recommend ? I tried one but it had a shell fish component which doesn't agree with me
Hi summerluvr
A very good friend of mine , is in a very similar predictament.
Asymptomatic Multiple Myeloma, suspected fibromyalgia, one kidney functioning, chronic stress, chronic headaches, etc.
It has been about 2 year since the multiple myeloma diagnosis.
I suggested a strict alkaline diet, low carb, no sugars, no supermarket meats
only grass-fed, pastured or wild game, cold water low mercury fish, no dairy, organic vegetables, MSM powder 1/2 teaspoon x 2 per day, prayer and meditation (YouTube or CDs) daily,Essiac tea daily, alkaline spring water (you can add your own alkalizing powder), Undenatured whey protein isolate powder 40 grams daily mixed in water or juice by hand only
( glutathione precursor), the only dairy exception but with minimal neg. effects.
So far, so good and all the tests -usually monthly- are negative!
You may want to go to the normal breathing website to help you with your asthma issues. Stress may have excasperated the symptoms.
I've done the Buteyko breathing program and it is simply extraordinary!
On another note, if you consume gluten, please do yourself a favour and look into its involvement in A/I and other diseases.
FYI Look into Gliadin test (urine), by Cyrex labs. They test 12 forms-not just the alpha ordered by most doctors- of gliadins regarding gluten intolerance (not necessarily digestive).
Now they can also test which part of the body is affected.
Most hypothyroid/hashimoto's sufferers have gluten intolerance and don't even know it!
The gluten molecules-mainly from gmo grains- resemble the TPO(Thyroid Peroxidase - an enzyme necessary for the signalling Thyroid hormone production) molecules and thus the immune system in its response against gluten, attacks the TPO in the Thyroid also!
Hope this helps.
Blessings.
