Dizzy, fatigue and major light sensitive headaches?

Im a 19y/o female, pretty active and never really had any serious health problems apart from insomnia and sleep problems during my teen years. Recently I keep getting extreme dizzy spells and pins and needles type feelings, mainly in my legs or arms. Im also generally fatigued, always feel tired, and having muscle/joint aches even though Ive pretty much stopped training recently. Over the last week Ive started having high sensitivity to light and bad headaches in temples and behind my eyes. Anyone get any ideas?

Magnesium deficiency can cause these symptoms. Only 1% of magnesium is in the blood, so a deficiency state may not be picked up. You could try a RBC (red blood cell) magnesium test which is better than serum magnesium.

I wonder if you had mono and this is leftover from that (like Epstein-Barr).  Or maybe it's migraines or sinus problems.  Migraines can be caused by gluten allergy/Celiac disease, BTW.
