actin antibodies are found in 52-85 percent of individuals with autoimmune hepatitis.

AFP <1.3

medical history- I have always had bladder infections and UTIs as well as my mother.  Other than not many medical problems in the family that I know.

These are the facts about me

no symptoms, regular bowl, NO depression, confusion, itching, diarreah, constipation, headaches,  fatigue, or pain

My liver panels are within normal range.....whats goin on with me?

I missed the vitamin D deficiency.
Try to address this by taking sublingual drops 5000 IU daily.
If in  few months you test low again, you may have vitamin D resistance.
In this case you will need a much higher amount of supplementation, but this should be discussed with your doctor.
You could also let me know and I can give you some more details.
Another thing to consider is taking vitamin K2 along with your vit. D3, which ensures that calcium, metabolized by vitamin D, goes to bones and teeth, instead of soft tissues.

Nothing... from what you're posting.

If you're concerned about the positive ANA, well don't.
The majority of Rheumatologists will not consider ANA titres of 1:80 and often up to 1:160, as positive-even if they are- since at this level they're of very low diagnostic value;
healthy people without any conditions and symptoms are in larger numbers in the lower titres.
Some circulating antibodies is not a reason to warrant an investigation.

Count your blessings, eat well, exercise, think positive, have fun,
love your family, your friends, your pet, your significant other
and everything around you!

Blessings.
