Just a shot in the dark...... were you taking penicillin prior to the onset of symptoms? Or a new med? Antiserum? The migratory aspect, pain making the rounds on your body just for a short amt of time, then moving elsewhere is reminiscent of serum sickness I experienced once. Unlike other allergic reactions, symptoms of SS take 7-21 days to show. But then you'd likely also have experienced hives, swollen lymph nodes, fever at some point. ?
