Help me please:'(

Hi i am a female 18yr old in college! I use to be healthy and did a lot of physical activity! One night here at school i was sleeping and about 4 something in the morning i woke up with heart palpitations and trembling. The next day i felt very weak and the trembling stayed and i was lightheaded. That went on for most of October. As of now the only symptoms i still have is the constant palpitations throughout the day and the inner trembling NEVER went away sometimes it keeps me from sleeping and my symptoms get worse at night. And i still sometimes get lightheaded. I havent been diagnosed with anything. Thyroids were normal, CT of brain was normal,EKG was normal, Holter Monitor was normal, somebody help me please i want my life back and i feel like im losing it:'(

It sounds like anxiety to me. My DH had very similar stuff happening right before taking the Bar. Check your stress level and take care of yourself :-)

Can you relate some event to these changes.  Have you had any dental work or vaccinations lately?  Anything different in your enviroment which might be toxic?  Any different medications you are using?  Check out your enviroment and you could find the cause.  What ever the problem make sure you are eating a healthy diet which allows the body to heal itself.
