High FANA positive 1:1280 pattern nucleolar

Rheumatologist did some lab work and FANA  came back as positive  1:1280 pattern nucleolar.  My symptoms have been low- grade fever, fatigue for months now. Before that I have had problems with my feet and calves. My muscles feel like they are in a constant cramp, numbness and burning sensation...Rheumatologist called and said I do not have autoimmune disease...How can the FANA be so high and not have problem??? What else could be wrong?
