How do you pin point auto immune?

I have been on a long 2 year journey now trying to figure out what is wrong with me. I've gone to every type of doctor and done every test there is, some more than once, still no answers. It started with a sudden weight gain, extremely lethargic, exhausted all the time. Headaches, then the all over body swelling, and I mean all over from head to toe. I can actually measure my neck and toes and clock a significant difference. When this happens, it's painful, it's so uncomfortable and I'm barely making it because I am so tired of this fight. All tests are "normal". I also started getting a burning sensation on my upper thighs when I'm in the sun. It causes a webbing that looks very much like Livedo Reticularis. ANA test was positive, yet all else is normal so did not proceed with Lupus diagnosis. The only thing that calms the swelling, meaning it goes away about 75% is a Kenalog shot which I discovered by accident because I get these for allergies. I get a break during the winter months but as soon as it gets to 65-70 degrees, here comes the swelling. Anyone - PLEASE HELP!!
