Internal tremors anyone? Updates from old posters?
I found this online community while searching for info on internal tremors. I wanted to see if anyone has experienced these and those who have - what have they done to alleviate the symptoms/cure them? I think mine might be related to menopause. I'm 51 years old - and have had them for over 2 weeks - 24-7. Only acupuncture and the amino acid L-theanine seem to help.
