Joint pain

I'm 35 and was diagnosed in my 20's with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Graves Disease. My family history includes a grandmother who died from R.A and my mother has positive ANA but has never been diagnosed with anything. My identical twin has also been diagnosed with Hashimoto's. Recently we have both begun having problems with finger pain and stiffness. My pinky fingers and middle fingers are becoming crooked but I have trouble bending all of them - its worse on my right, dominant hand. My job involves alot of computer use - mouse and keyboard. I was hoping to get some advice on whether this is an indication of R.A. or could be something else. My last ANA test was probably done 10 years ago with a negative result.
