Opthamologist thinks I have Myasthenia Gravis

A week ago I took a pic of my face because I have moon face from the steroids. In the pic my left eye was to the right and up, Itdidn't last even a minute. Since June of 2010 I started having ptosis, double vision, blurred vision, muscle weakness in shoulders and hips, water going up my nose when swallowing pills and choking on my food.

I was sent to a Neuro-Opthamologist twice to be tested. Was sent back to my Neuro for Myasthenia Gravis Musk antibody test which will be done next week.

Had my visit with my Rheumy today and she is weaning me off my steroids in 6 days as I am on 8 mg's a day,.The pain is horrible after coming off of it and it is hard to walk. She said she thinks the steroids is masking the Myasthenia Gravis soshe hopes it will help them get a diagnosis if I have it.

Can you have all the symptoms and still be negative?
