Red Hot Ear....melancholy..thyroid problems? 28yoFemale

I have this persistent red hot ear that heats up at inopportune times.  Doctors tell me they "don't know" and I'm certainly not imagining this.  It will turn almost a purplish blue and there is a noticeably hot sensation to the ear surround.  People around me notice it as well.  I've had maybe 30 episodes within the past 5 years. Someone once told me that perhaps its a latex allergy but I have done everything to avoid latex and it still happens.

Here's my stats:
Happily married for 3 years.
28 year old female
5'3
125 lbs.
no children

I struggle with body fat that accumulates around my abdomen and I don't think it is normal.  I am always tired ----lethargic, yet I try to exercise and jog with my dog maybe 4 times a week for 30 min or more each time.

I sleep 8 hours a night.

I feel like my life is passing me by and I am in a dreamstate of sorts.  Would this be considered a "brain fog"?  I'm happy but well aware that 99% of circumstances surrounding me are beyond my control; that makes me pretty sad. I am NOT normal for myself right now.  I used to be the most happiest ENERGETIC person and that person is a distant memory.  I feel like I'm entrapped in a person's body that isn't me.  

I have history of ovarian cysts and have had surgery to correct such.
I'm not taking any birth control and haven't been for 5 years.
I take percocet when my pain is too intense (in connection with ovary problems)
I consume maybe 24 percocets per YEAR.

I don't drink alcohol.

Since last year I have struggled with SEVERE leg pain in my lower left leg that cannot be overcome by any pain medication.  I stretch I exercise nothing and eventually I will fall asleep out of exhaustion but in the midst of pain.  I have had this pop up roughly 5 times.

I am hypoglycemic.
I eat a lot of junk food.  In fact, I CANNOT live without sugar. thoughts of sugary foods consume my day and I cannot think if I don't have some form of sugar.  I've tried to go on a sugarless diet but my blood pressure dives and I nearly pass out.  

but i drink 8 or more glasses of water per day.
I have a history of anemia as a child.

I had a tooth pulled a few months back and leading up to it my heart was hurting; the dentist told me I have anxiety and it made me think: do i have anxiety? I don't think so but I'm not sure.  I seem pretty normal.

and I have had a history of chronic laryngitis as I am a professional singer. my dr. has always put me on the z pack.

i greatly appreciate your insight into whether any of these symptoms are related or not and/or what you can recommend is wrong with me.

Let us get you back to the energetic person you were.Do this pranayam daily, twice a day, up to the maximum suggested.This will build up your immune system.Let me know how you feel after 21 days and what symptoms are left in 3 months. Then I can suggest some more techniques.
Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Kapalbhati pranayam -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day. Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril  
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril  
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in through nose. And now breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.
Duration : 5 to 21  times.
