i have many of the same symptoms headachches happen after i exert myself physically .they can go on for a day and a half if iperform strenuous activity.my vision is degrading .i have muscle twitching.bloating from time to time .i had confusion dificulty grabbing things or opening things.liver enzymes a little high.bloating wich i eat plain yogurt and add fruit to also kefir milk is helping.cant find any uti but have slight irritation in the urethra from time to time.except no problems eating i am starving all the time all ido is eat.ive been drinking green tea twice a day in case of infection it seems to help and coconut oil to boost the immune system.was also getting sore throat frequently for a while. testing for things for 8 months still cant find any thing.have you tested for inflammatory responses .nothing in the throat indicating reflux.any possible bacterial overgrowth causing the bloating.ginger root may help with bloating as well.try watching your diet close ly to see if certain foods are aggravating the situation.dairy ,gluten,or maybe acidic foods.add more vegetables to your diet maybe a multivitamin if you dont use one currently.there also is a list of foods for people gastro issues low fodmap .it will tell you wich foods are more gassy and less gassy .it should help you alleviate some of the gas in the hopes you can eat better. the kefir seems to knock candida out .candida overgrowth can cause alot of problems .bloating ,thrush ,sore tight throat and about 100 other problems.coconut oil st johns wort and green tea have antiviral,antibacterialand antifungal properties .wich could also help with bacteria that cause gas ,bloating. i hope some of this is helpful .
I'm a 22 year old female btw.They have also told me that my liver enzymes were a little high. I've been told that since before all this has happened though but no one ever looked into it.
