Hey pemayang.
Red Star's comment could have to do your situation.
I'm familiar with this as it runs in my family from my paternal grandmother's side, who was from North Africa. My grandmother, one uncle and my father had it.
It seems that it had affected all three of them, who were the darkest skinned ones and the heaviest ones in the family. I suspect underlying unresolved low thyroid and some insulin resistance as well.
I "escaped" from this genetic predisposition, having only darker skin tone but not the rest.
It's notable to say that I have always had a close to an ideal diet, even as a child.
Most of our foods were from our own (no processed foods and no chemicals and I never consumed any excessive amounts of carbs, whereas my 3 aforementioned relatives simply loved their breads and sweets .
I don't know if there's any scientific basis for this, but I don't think it is
yeast-related, so the fungal cream you use, naturally would not work.
It would be interesting if you tried staying away from carbs, PUFA's and un-natural processed foods for a while and also do the Dr.Barnes Basal temperature test (do an online search and follow the simple instructions precisely.)for low thyroid function.
Monitoring your blood sugar may be helpful as well.
Just get a glucometer from your drug store.
Here in Canada they give them away for free, but they get you when you buy the test strips, lol!
Anyways, I hope this helps.
Cheers!
Niko
I have bruise like marks on my skin too but didn't know what it was until I realised it was acanthosis nigricans due to my severe insulin resistance.
