igG4 Staining cells in my ampulla, but not in my pancreas.

Hello, I am having one heck of a time trying to figure out what my biopsies mean.  They found igG4 Staining cells in my ampulla, but not in my pancreas.  But what set all of this off was pain in my upper abdomen and continual CT's showing my pancreas swollen.  They said that AIP was unlikely because they didn't fine it in my pancreas, but haven't told me what it means being in my ampulla.  Has anyone had experience with this?
