scleraderma and MCTD creating unhealthy cells

ref to a dermatologist they stepped back and they could say is you are picking at your face, ah yes because stuff is coming out stupid, rocsea is they're diagnosis so I am on antibiotics going on 6 wks, as it gets better, then not,  stuff comes to surfice, then I go through pushing (not sqeezing) to take bad stuff out-it hurts and itches at times and I do read I'm supposed to just leave it alone how am I supposed to do that?? I'm not going to keep that Stuff in my face!!  and dr. do not get that!-    anyway my face is healing because there is less and less stuff coming to the surfice.  BIG QUESTION  I understand MCTD is producing cells that suck bad so can I take suppliments so that the cells grow healthy?????????????????? then maybe they can reproduce healthy?
