Is this Autoimmune from stress?

Young fem collapsed after severe pain in hip and lower spine of back in trauma hospital for two wks. Ortho and infectious disease is involved nobody knows what this is yet..The above areas were contrast cat scanned two wks
ago after my left hip revision surgery well one day before they cat scanned me under anethesia and contrast and
found an infection between pelvis and hip on a nerve and muscle between which..Put on massive antibiotics for that week...a few days ago another cat scan procedure cleaned out hip area, and removed the same infection AGAIN that
grew back and causes unbelievable pain left hip and back ( yes had prior left hip surgery and yes orthos found that the tools are loosening or loose a revision is needed but until infection is gone or contained we're stuck...The sample is biopsied again this time hand delivered to radiology waiting for results of pathology still on massive doses of antibiotics
that make me very very sick and throw up..Stuck in New York frustrated anybody have anything like this?
