Myesthenia Gravis?

I have been having a lot of problems with my health since July of 2004 (numbness, tingling, slurred speech at times, droopy left eye occasionally, feel like I have to clear my throat all of the time and have had to go to ER for feeling of choking, clumsiness, memory issues, everything seems to happen on my left side too). I had a test to check for acetylcholine binding and it was slightly elevated. My doctor had questioned Myesthenia Gravis, and put me on Mestinon. It didn't help that much and he decided that he thought it could be MS. I have been round and round for almost 4 years now and want an answer! Of course who doesn't? Does anyone with Myesthenia Gravis have any of these symptoms?

I was diagnosed with MG six years ago with the drooping  left eyelid and, slurred speech.  Meds started 3x/day;and cell cept (200mg) 2 tabs a.m.and 2 tabs p.m.  Also, am getting INFUSION every two weeks 400 ml gamma globulin.  I have balance problems and neuropathy primarily in left ankle.
I am an avid doubles tennis player, three times a week which surprises me as I turned 80 last month.

I have had my thyroid checked a million times! I have an uncle with Hashimoto's though.   I have not been checked for Bells' Palsy. I just know that my left eye droops all of the time. MY left side is the side that seems to have all of the numbness, weakness, and droopy left eye. It all started 3 months after my daughter was born in July of 2004. I have not felt myself since. I got pregnant again and had my son on March 3rd, 2007 and again had another case of worsening symptoms after 4 months after he was born. I was really tired during my pregnancy with him, but felt somewhat better. I have an appointment with a new neuro on Feb 4th, and I hope she can help me. I am so tired! Thanks so much for responding. I appreciate any input I can get.

When you say all your symptoms are in your in left side . Can you explain in bit more detail about that ?.. Have you checked Thyroid /Hashi ?.
I was diagnosed Hashimoto/Hypo in May 2006 since then i am complaing about numbness/tingling in my left arm /foot muscles cramp/ joint pain that all in my left side . I went to neurologist he did Ab test to rule out MG and MRI to rule out MS and done some EMG . My one of AB for MG came back slightly higher . She did test again from stanford after i pushed her and that came back negative . I do have memory problem since then . All my symptoms are related to thyroid as well .
