If you see positive progress, would you please post what things have been helpful to you?

I use Bach flower remedies. They are flower essences and you can buy them at whole foods. My whole family uses rescue remedy
Hi again!
Sorry, I meant "Sonia Choquette has some YouTube Videos on Meditation!"
Close, for not exactly the same.
Have a good day!

Hi 4info.
Also, magnesium (transdermal magnesium oil), omega 3, valerian root,
B12 (metylcobalamin, NOT cyanocobalamin), St.John's Wort.
Look into pranayama breathing for anxiety.
My top recommendation is meditation. I do this daily.
You can do it with binaural beats CDs, on your own, YouTube videos,
conscious breathing etc. Sonia Choquette has some YouTube videos
on Hypnosis-she's one of my greatest teachers!
And finally Hypnotherapy. It really helps get to the bottom of things
where nothing else can reach.
Need details, let me know. I'm very familiar with all the aforementioned.
Blessings!
Niko
Thanks so much! God bless you and your family!!!
Try vitamin D3. Supplements are cheap and easy to get at Costco, Walmart etc. Check the vitamindcouncil.org for more info in the connection between D3 and depression. My family has seen a big difference for all of our medical issues including depression. It takes time to build up enough D. They only check is to have a blood test done for D3, not D2. Your levels should be in between 50 and 70 mgl. If you are getting bloodwork done anyway have them add the test.
Good luck!
