anyone seen skin like this?

My arms, hands and lower legs get very red, almost purple, with white spots everywhere. This happens especially when I'm cold or stressed. If I rub them to warm them up, it goes away for a few seconds, but.comes back. I have a photo. I do believe its autoimmune.

Just found a Livedo reticularis article on Medscape which states: "Commonly found on arms, legs, hands, and feet. It occasionally presents on the trunk".

Sounds possibly like livedo reticularis which is a red to purple net like pattern on the skin.  This condition occurs mostly on the legs, arms and trunk and is more pronounced in cold weather.  Livedo reticularis may be a normal finding or associated with certain blood, endocrine, cardiovascular and autoimmune disorders.
