I also have this. The hives started after I quit birth control when my guy had a vasectomy. Now I itch under my chin a week before my period. It's driving me crazy and making me irritable, especially in that I can't find a doctor who knows anything about it in KY. The one I saw during an outbreak once actually told me it was acne. I know it's  not because of the itch, but I'm getting no help. Last time I see that doctor!

What is this?  I have taking 20 mg bioidentical progesterone about 6 months.  Recently broke out in unexplained hives, some swelling in face which went away.  My lip is dry and flaky, only upper lip.
