The symptoms you are describing is called heartburn or reflux.  There are many causes for it, that's why I recommended you be evaluated by a physician.  In the meantime try to avoid acidic foods, caffeine and stay sitting upright for at least two hours after eating a meal. You may also want to try and over-the-counter medication for reflux; if you have any questions you can ask the pharmacist.  But you need to be evaluated by a physician as to what is causing your symptoms.

Grinding teeth can often cause a headache.  You don't give enough information in your post regarding your other symptoms.  Since you've had these symptoms for the past three years I recommend that you see a doctor and be examined as to why you have these symptoms and what is going on.

In the meantime try and reduce the stress in your life since this may help reduce the grinding of your teeth and know that we are here to help support you.
