Hi all,

My dog took a turn for the worse and we've had to cancel our vacation.  He survived a night in the ICU and a plasma transfusion, but things are still tense.  I'm under a great deal of stress and need all of my energy right now to focus on my own symptoms, caring for my dog, etc.  So I'm still probably going to be away from here for the same approx. span of time I'd intended for my vacation (until mid-next week).

Yes, do take good care of yourself and your four-legged buddy. I know it can be so stressful when your furry family members are sick and need your care, and you need care yourself.
