Hi, I am not sure if dysautonomia can affect the thyroid directly but I know that I am treated for hypothyroidism with my Primary Autonomic Failure and I may be wrong but I think the endocrine system can be affected too, as I had an endocrinologist attend to me in hospital the same as the neurologists,opthomologists and others etc.
