tilt results?

Hi, not sure if I had a reaction on the tilt table or not.  I was fine for the first part.  Within 10 minutes of the isuprel became sweaty, tremulous, nauseous, and my arms and legs started to go numb.  My BP stayed relatively stable and my pulse was obviously up due to the med.  My Dr. was in the room and got all excited and said this was what he was looking for.  He said it was a vasovagal rx.  Was this a positive test or not.  It took about 10 minutes to get back to normal.  The tingling was the last thing to go....any insight.

I have a diagnosis of gastoparesis, I have had urinary retention (of unknown origin) in the past too.....all autonomic functions.  38 year old female...only med is prevacid.

My test results came back equivoval per my primary care doctor.  I seem to be getting no where with any doc and still don't feel well.  I found an autonomic testing lab at Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich CT.  My MD is trying to get me an appt. with the neurologist there.  I've been to a neurologist twice before but they just dismiss me as I don't appear sick enough.  I saw a show the other day on a lady who had similar symptoms and was diagnoses at Vanderbilt.....is that anywhere near you?

I too underwent a tilt table exam this week.  My results were similar, however, my doctor does not use the isuprel in his sessions.
I have been tracking my BP & HR for a couple months now and have noticed a dramatic change in my HR upon standing - BUT in my test - My heart rate did not respond as it usually does.
My BP stayed around the same 98/60 throught the entire 45 minute test.  My resting HR was 52 and it topped out at 95 during the test.  At home I have registered a HR as high as 140.  I'm not sure why I didn't respond to the test the way I thought I would.

2 minutes into the test my eye started twitching uncontrollabley.
5 minutes after the test was started I got clammy & sweaty (this last through out the test, in a "coming and going" kind of fashion.
I did recieve numbness and tingling in my arms & legs and went completely numb on some of my toes.

My cardio Dr. said that I scored about a C- on the test (whatever that means) - I am waiting now to hear back on a heart monitor that I wore this weekend.  Hopefully that will tell them more.

I, like you, have been diagnosed with gastroparesis. (March 2008).  My appetite came back for a couple of weeks, but seems to be getting worse again.  My symptoms of near faiting & dizziness have been going on for a while, but I honestly thought it was just becuase of my lack of nutrition.  When I started to get my appetite back and the dizziness continued - I started looking down other avenues.

My daily symptoms include -
Nausea
Diahrea or Constipation
Numbness in toes & finger tips
Tingling & Pains throughout arms & legs
Dizziness
Fatigue

I am going to see a Neuro doctor on the 25th of this month.  My cardio doctor thinks that it is some type of neuropathy and want the Neuro to conduct nerve studies.

I would love to hear from you on how you are doing with your symptoms and to see if you are any closer to a diagnosis -
Please keep us posted.

That meant you have a positive tilt table test with that diagnosis.
