Pregnant with no symptoms?

Good Morning ladies! I was wondering if it is possible to be pregnant 3-4 weeks along with no pregnancy symptoms?

I am 25 years old and have had 2 miscarriages in the last year, one at 11 weeks and the second at 5-6 weeks. We have no prior children. I had many pregnancy symptoms the first pregnancy such as frequent urination, bloated, sore breasts, cravings, ect. The second one we had none. I had AF April 10th for about 4 days and when we got a positive OPK we BD a few times before and afterwards. I am now in the second half of my 2ww and AF is due this Saturday. I thought I was having a few symptoms last week but I think it was all in my head as I want a baby so bad. Has anyone else been completely shocked with a BFP because there were no pregnancy symptoms at first? I'm really hoping this is our month and we get our sticky bean to finally complete our family. Oh and also I was prescribed 50 mg of Clomid during days 3-7 of AF. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I had no symptoms with my first 3 babies :)  If it weren't for hpt's I would never have believed I was even pregnant.  I went through the entire pregnancies with no sickness etc.  My boobs didn't start to "explode" until i was around 6 months gestation.  With my 4th baby I had slight nausea from around 10 weeks but that only lasted a few weeks.  With my last pregnancy I had all the symptoms, nausea, really sore boobs etc but sadly that pregnancy only lasted 12 weeks as the baby had died at 7weeks.

So in answer to your question - yes it is possible to have no symptoms :)

Oh, and I didn't have morning sickness until 6 weeks and frequent urination didn't start until 12 weeks. My BB's were barely sore, and now at 15 weeks, they don't hurt at all. If I hadn't seen my baby already I would think I wasn't pregnant at all!

With my first pregnancy, I had the whole nine yards from about 2 DPO! I kept telling DH I was pregnant and just couldn't test for about another week, but he didn't believe me.

After I m/c, every month I would get "phantom" symptoms, and would get my hopes up only to be let down when AF came. So I decided to BD and ignore any "symptoms" so I wouldn't too upset when I got yet another BFN, and had actually convinced myself that I wasn't pregnant that month. It was such a pleasant shock when I got that positive test!

I had some cramping, dizziness and my boobs were sore on and off during my tww, my boobs actually quit hurting 2 days before I got bfp and I just knew I was going to get BFN but was so happy when I didn't. Most of my symptoms didn't really kick in until 5 weeks though!!

Typically speaking, you probably wouldn't feel any pg symptoms in the TWW.  Implantation does not occur until 6DPO - 10DPO and that's when HCG begins to be produced.  It's the HCG and other hormones that accompany it that start to bring your pg symptoms.

That being said, many women swear that they have early pg symptoms so anything is possible and every woman is different.

Good luck SSBD!
