I am TTC with the help of a fertility specialist. We asked him about fertile aid and he told us taking vitamins is beneficial for men when trying to conceive. For women he just said to take prenatals with folic.
I thought it was interesting that coffee can lower a woman's ability to carry a child, but actually increase a man's sperm count. Interesting on the opposites. I have also read in different areas that getting your body into a alkaline state (decreasing acidic foods) can help with increasing your fertility too.
That is great news congratulations! I did load up my husband on sardines and shrimp to help increase his potentness and that seemed to have worked too :D I really do think there is a correlation between our healthy and our fertility.
