I agree with Rossie a full bladder does help a lot, and use a good amount of the gel.  I can't get the HB for very long, it's always quick little noises oe readings.  try to relax.  I think you shoudl be able to get a u/s if you tell them how concearned you are.  Good Luck.

Mary- I will be praying for you and your baby!

Natalie , i'm sure its fine. I'm sure you find it but they are wigglers and when they realzie the doppler is their they move!!! Im sure you can find it for a few seconds, the full bladder helps.... Im sure everything will be fine. try to relax. I don't find it right away it takes me awhile to find the HB and doesn't always last for long once found.

Loei, I go in tomorrow art 8:30. Maybe if I tell her how nervous I am she'll do an u/s. I just wish they had a doppler there but since it is an RE's office, they usually sent their patients off to regular ob's by 10-12 weeks so they don't do regular ob check-ups...just bw and weight, blood pressure. Next week, I'll have my 12 week scan there and will graduate to my regular ob's office. I know it's just nerves due to what happened last time but I can't help but be really scared that I can't find the hb. I should have gone with the instructions...for use at 12 weeks. I was just so anxious.

Mary- I'll be praying extra hard for you and your little one. I'll be thinking about you tomorrow, please check in as soon as you can. ((HUGS))

Natalie- I can only imagine how hard it is to have to wait, especially after what we've been through. When do you go for your OB check?

Morning everyone. Glad to hear all of you had a great Christmas...ours was very nice, too. Well, I'm 11 weeks today, I have my next scan in a week. I just feel like I can't wait til then, I am so anxious. I tried the doppler again and still can't get a good reading on the heart rate. I've read that it can be hard to hear until 12 weeks but it really has me nervous. I think at my regular ob check, I am going to ask if the nurse will do an u/s. Who knows, she probably won't. My DH thinks I'm being unreasonable since everything is going fine but after last time, I am a nervous wreck.

Tausha, I think a break is a great idea. After a loss, it is good to take care of yourself. I hope you'll take the time to stop in from time to time and hopefully after the 3 months you'll be ready to try again. I know I'll miss ya!

Mary, I will keep you and your baby in my prayers. Please let us know how your u/s goes.
