Welcome to the group Teri!  If your dr didn't say to wait then you should be good to go.  Some dr's do say to wait at least one cycle for the emotional and physical healing, but it is all about what's in your heart.

A m/c can sometimes make your cycles a little wacky for awhile, so try to stay patient.  There is a GREAT group of women here who can help you along the way =)

Hi Teri! Welcome to the group. I'm sorry for your loss. I recently had a m/c at 5 weeks and just got my first af, prior to that when the bleeding stopped from the m/c we started trying right away. My Dr. never said to wait and at my age, waiting is not an option:)

If your doc gave you the go ahead, then I don't see why not. A lot of the time people do get pregnant right away after a loss, because your body is yearning to be pregnant again and takes "extra steps" to try to help things along.
