Throwing up medicine?

Quick question ladies, I threw up this morning literally 1 minutes after taking my chewable baby aspirin, I took it with my food and washed it down with my gatorade...I didn't throw up all of my food, just the gatorade first and then some of my grits (sorry tmi)...My question is should I take maybe a half a baby aspirin to make sure I get some in my system...my ob recommended staying on the baby aspirin b/c of 2 back to back miscarriages and lately I can't get anyone from her office to call me back so I'm asking you guys. Also I tend to throw up my prenatals (I take them at NIGHT)...I sometimes throw up early morning and then 10-11 at night and also on occasion at lunch, so there's really no safe time for me lol!! I have only throw them back up a few times and then after making sure I really did throw them up (tmi - I throw up in the sink and can usually see my prenatals) I take another...is this safe?

In regard to the above message, no worries now, I threw up right after lunch and even though I threw up something I ate hours ago and not my lunch, it probably had some of the half baby aspirin I took.

I took a half an aspirin to be on the safe side i read that it takes chewable baby aspirin about 15 minutes to get into your system and since i threw it up almost immediatley after taking it, I think its safe to assume I threw up a little, if not all. I'm just going to skip taking my DHA pill this afternoon, my doc. said I could actually take 2 dha pills a day if I wanted...I have tried when I eat, hours after I eat...Doesn't matter, don't think its the pills making me sick I just sometimes get sick around the same time lol!! If I'm still sick next wed. when I go in I'm going to talk to the doc. about putting me on something...most days its not bad - I get sick 2-4 times every two days, but sometimes its 8 times a day or even 6-7. Thank you for your comment!!

I'm not sure if it's safe to take another, If your still having issues with the dr's office, try going to the pharmacy and ask a pharmacist, they should be able to answer you.

As for the throwing up, have you talked to your dr about it?  They may give you something to help you not get so sick all the time.  And when you throw up your meds, do you take them with meals?  If you do take them with meals, try taking them 30 min - 1 hour after you eat?  Otherwise try taking them with the meal.

For me, if i take them before noon, and with no food they make me sick.  GOod luck!  Hope you start to feel better soon!
